Accommodation Rules — Mondeso Hotel Aš

I.

Upon arrival, each guest is required to present a valid identification document. Foreign nationals must complete a registration form in accordance with Act No. 326/1999 Coll. The Hotel may accommodate only duly registered guests. Refusal to present an identification document may constitute grounds for refusal of accommodation. Personal data are processed in accordance with GDPR and statutory obligations.

II.

After registration, the guest will receive room keys or an access card. The guest is responsible for their safekeeping; in case of loss, a fee of up to CZK 100 may be charged.

III.

Payment for accommodation and services is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed. Payment may be made in cash, by card, or on the basis of pre-approved invoicing.

IV.

The current price list of services is available at the reception desk and in the online reservation system on the website www.mondeso.com.

V.

Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation is guaranteed until 23:59 on the day of arrival.

VI.

Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out is possible only upon agreement with the Hotel, for a maximum of two (2) hours, and is subject to a fee of EUR 20.

VII.

Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00.

VIII.

The stay of pets and other animals is prohibited. Any violation of this prohibition will be penalized with a fee of CZK 5,000 and immediate termination of the stay without entitlement to any refund.

IX.

The guest is obliged to use the room and hotel facilities in a manner that prevents damage or excessive wear. Any damage or excessive soiling caused by the guest shall be borne by the guest.

X.

Moving furniture, interfering with electrical installations, and using personal appliances that generate heat are prohibited.

XI.

Bringing weapons or hazardous substances (including drugs and other psychotropic substances) into the Hotel is prohibited.

XII.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Violators may be charged a penalty of CZK 5,000 by the Hotel.

XIII.

In the event of a serious breach of these Accommodation Rules, the Hotel may terminate the stay without compensation.

XIV.

Breakfast and other food items are intended for consumption within the restaurant premises only.

XV.

The Hotel is not liable for valuables not deposited in the Hotel safe.

XVI.

Parking is provided free of charge for hotel guests in an unguarded parking area.

XVII.

A CCTV system is installed in the public areas of the Hotel in compliance with applicable laws. By staying at the Hotel, the guest acknowledges and agrees to being recorded by security cameras.

XVIII.

The accommodation facility is intended exclusively for adult guests (18+). Accommodation of persons under 18 years of age is not permitted.

XIX.

Any complaints must be submitted by the guest without undue delay.

XX.

Travel agencies and tour operators are obliged to inform their clients of these Accommodation Rules.

XXI.

By staying at the Hotel or making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and understood these Accommodation Rules.

XXII.

Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by applicable legal regulations and internal rules.

XXIII.

These Accommodation Rules are available at the casino reception (Selbská 2721, 352 01 Aš) and on the Hotel's website www.mondeso.com.
