General Terms and Conditions — Mondeso Hotel Aš
The company ROLAM s.r.o., with its registered office at Janáčkovo nábřeží 1153/13, 150 00 Prague 5, Company ID: 26342324, VAT ID: CZ26342324, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator" or the "Hotel"), hereby issues these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC"), which govern the conditions of accommodation reservations and the provision of related services at Mondeso Hotel Aš.
I. Introductory Provisions
- These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") regulate the mutual rights and obligations between Mondeso Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") and guests (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest").
- The Hotel provides accommodation and related services in accordance with these GTC, the House Rules, and the legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
- By concluding an accommodation contract, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to these GTC.
II. Conclusion of the Accommodation Contract
- A reservation may be made by the Guest in writing via e-mail or through the reservation system.
- The accommodation contract is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation by the Hotel.
- The Hotel may require a credit card guarantee, a deposit, or prepayment.
III. Prices and Payment Terms
- Prices for accommodation and services are listed in the valid price list on the Hotel's website and at the reception.
- The Guest is obliged to pay the accommodation price no later than upon arrival, unless agreed otherwise.
- The Hotel accepts payments by card, cash, bank transfer, or on the basis of pre-approved invoicing.
IV. Cancellation Policy
- The conditions for reservation cancellation are governed by a separate document entitled "Cancellation Policy – Mondeso Hotel Aš", which forms an integral part of these GTC and the accommodation contract.
- The current version of the cancellation policy is available on the Hotel's website and is sent to the Guest together with the reservation confirmation.
V. Rights and Obligations of Guests
- The Guest is obliged to comply with the Hotel's House Rules and staff instructions.
- The Guest is liable for any damage caused to the Hotel's property.
- The Guest has the right to use the services agreed upon within the reservation.
VI. Rights and Obligations of the Hotel
- The Hotel shall provide accommodation to the Guest in accordance with the confirmed reservation.
- The Hotel is liable for the Guest's belongings in accordance with Section 2946 et seq. of the Czech Civil Code.
- The Hotel may refuse accommodation to a Guest who seriously violates the House Rules, these GTC, good morals, or any applicable legal regulations.
VII. Personal Data Protection
- The Hotel processes personal data of Guests in accordance with GDPR and applicable legal obligations.
- Detailed information on personal data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Hotel's website.
VIII. Refund Policy
- In the event of a valid reservation cancellation, the Guest is entitled to a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy specified in these GTC.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the Hotel and the Guest.
- The Hotel will process the refund no later than 14 days after confirmation of the cancellation or acceptance of the complaint.
IX. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute between the Hotel and the Guest, the Guest has the right to out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
- The competent authority for out-of-court dispute resolution is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, website: www.coi.cz.
- The Guest may also use the online dispute resolution platform available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
X. Final Provisions
- These GTC become effective on 28 February 2026.
- The Hotel is entitled to unilaterally amend these GTC. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the Hotel's website and its availability at the reception.
- Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code.
