The company ROLAM s.r.o., with its registered office at Janáčkovo nábřeží 1153/13, 150 00 Prague 5, Company ID: 26342324, VAT ID: CZ26342324 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", the "Hotel" or "we"), hereby issues these Information on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Information") for guests, customers, business partners and visitors to the hotel's website.

This Information may be updated or amended by the Company from time to time. The current version is always available on the hotel's website.

The purpose of this document is to inform you about:

  • what personal data we process,
  • for what purposes,
  • on what legal basis,
  • and what rights you have in relation to the processing of personal data.

The Company operates Mondeso Hotel Aš and provides accommodation and related services.

III. Responsibility for personal data processing

ROLAM s.r.o. is the controller of personal data.

This document applies to the processing of personal data that is carried out:

  • directly by us as the controller, or
  • by our contractual processors.

IV. Accommodation reservations and service orders

When making a reservation for accommodation or other services via the website, e-mail, telephone or in person, we process the following personal data in particular:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail address,
  • telephone number,
  • address of residence,
  • stay details (dates, number of persons, etc.),
  • payment details where applicable.

Purpose of processing

We process this data for the purpose of:

  • handling the reservation,
  • concluding and performing the accommodation contract,
  • communicating with the guest,
  • fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. guest registration).

Legal basis

  • performance of a contract,
  • compliance with legal obligations,
  • legitimate interest (protection of legal claims).

Necessity of providing data

Providing this data is necessary for concluding the contract. Without it, the reservation or stay cannot be completed.

V. Guest records required by law

Under applicable legal regulations, we are required to keep records of accommodated guests. In this case, we process, for example:

  • first and last name,
  • date of birth,
  • nationality,
  • identity document number,
  • permanent address.

Legal basis

  • compliance with legal obligations under Czech law.

VI. Newsletter and commercial communications

If you are our customer, we may send you commercial communications regarding our services based on our legitimate interest under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., unless you refuse such communications.

If you are not our customer, we send commercial communications only with your prior consent.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time:

  • by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail,
  • by sending an e-mail to hotel@mondeso.com.

VII. Business partners

For business partners, we process in particular:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail,
  • telephone number,
  • billing details.

  • conclusion and performance of a contract,
  • accounting and tax purposes.

  • performance of a contract,
  • compliance with legal obligations.

We use cookies on the hotel's website for the following purposes:
